Reflection :

Working on the Information Design final project was a meaningful learning experience that helped me understand how information can be translated into clear and engaging visual communication. Creating an animated infographic required careful planning, from researching content to deciding how information should be structured and presented. I learned that information design is not just about making visuals look appealing, but about ensuring the message is easy to understand and flows smoothly for the audience.

One of the most important lessons from this project was learning how to balance visuals, text, and narration. Writing the script and working on the voiceover made me more aware of pacing and clarity, as the visuals had to support the spoken information rather than overwhelm it. Through storyboarding and revisions, I developed a stronger understanding of visual hierarchy and how design choices can affect how viewers process information.

Working in a group also taught me the importance of communication and collaboration. Dividing tasks helped us work more efficiently, but we still had to constantly check in and adjust our ideas to make sure everything came together cohesively. Overall, this project improved my teamwork skills and strengthened my ability to think critically about how design can be used to communicate information effectively.
